Don't Compromise

Some think it is okay to sin.
They say, "I'll just repent of it again."
When they were baptized, did they just get wet?
For some, a gambling man would bet.

The Lord does not like to play games.
He will cast the compromising into the flames.
Some folks just never grow up;
Other people merely drink of the cup.

The end comes nearer every day.
Why won't they trust and obey?
There are some folks I just don't understand.
Don't they want to enter the promised land?

Sometimes I sit and wonder why,
And sometimes I can't help but cry.
When it comes to Christ, don't compromise.
On Judgment Day, God won't take alibis.
